How to Upload Participants

To create a meeting in TaskIQ, you first need to upload a transcript. The next step is to upload a list of the participants in the meeting. Here are the columns in the participants .csv file:
  • Name: Participant name
  • Email: Participant email address
  • Expertise (or Role): The expertise that the participant has in the meeting or the role the participant holds in the organization.
Do not change the column headings on the participant .csv file. These are required for the AI to process the meeting.

Step 1: Download Sample File

Click on the Download Sample File for a template to create your participants list.

Step 2: Open the Sample File

The Edit Task window displays. You can edit any of the details in the Task Edit Window. However, don’t change the column header descriptions.
Click Save.

Step 3: Update the File With Your Participants

Update the file with the names, email addresses, and expertise (or role) of the participants of your meeting. The AI will use this information to match the tasks with the right participant.
Any tasks that can’t be matched to a participant will be Unassigned and the Admin can
