TaskIQ Dashboard

From the TaskIQ Dashboard you can review important data about your meetings, plan, and tasks. Just click on the Dashboard selection in the left sidebar.

Now let’s review each section and the information you can see in the Dashboard.

This summary displays the number of meetings you’ve uploaded in the previous 30 day period.

This provides a count of all the tasks generated across all you meetings for the previous 30 day period.

Need to know how many participants you’ve generated tasks for? This count will tell you what that is for the previous 30 day period.

This section will display how many meetings your subscription plan allows, how many you have used, and how many remain. At any time you can monitor your usage to efficiently use your allowed meetings.

This area displays the most recent tasks generated for the meetings you uploaded. There is a status to let you know if “Task Generated” (email not sent) or the task is “In Progress” (participant is still working on completing the task

This area displays the most recent meetings you uploaded. Regardless of the status of the tasks in the meetings, all your most recently uploaded meetings display here. There’s even a View All Meetings button to navigate to the Manage Meetings screen where you can view or work with all the tasks in the meeting,
