How To Download a Google Meet Transcript

There are two steps to upload your meeting and generate tasks:
  1. Upload Meeting Transcript
  2. Upload Participant List
You need to have an Admin account in order to upload a meeting. Participants cannot upload meetings and generate tasks and will not see the upload option.

Meeting Transcript

From the TaskIQ homepage, click on the Upload in the left sidebar.
The Upload Meeting screen displays.
First you need to upload your transcript.
Click on the Select File button
In Windows Explorer, select a PDF, DOCX, or TXT transcript file to upload

After selecting the file in windows explorer, your file will upload to TaskIQ

Participants

Upload Participants

To upload the participants you need 3 things:
  1. Name
  2. Email
  3. Role
This is required for the AI to match the tasks with the correct participant and email their tasks to them.

Download Sample File (optional)

You can download a sample .csv file that provides a template for the information required for the participants file.
Just click on the Download Sample File button and the csv file is automatically downloaded
Open the file to review it.
Update the .csv file with your meeting participants and their roles. Save it so you can upload it to your meeting.
Be accurate with your Role descriptions. The AI needs to understand what role the participant has in the meeting/organization to correctly assign tasks.
Save the file. Now you’re ready to upload it!

Upload Participant CSV File

Click on Select File and select the participants csv file you just saved.
The Participants csv file is now uploaded.
Click the Generate Tasks button to create tasks so you can send them to participants
