The Admin can change the task details before it’s sent to participants. Here’s what can be changed:
- Description: The task description can be changed if the task needs to be worded differently.
- Assignee:The to to any participant on the original upload list.
- Due Date: If the AI cannot determine when the task due, it assigns a date 7 days in the future. The Admin can change the due date to fit into the project schedule.
- Context: This is the text from the meeting that is the basis for the AI task creation.
Task details can only be changed before the task is sent to the participant. They cannot be changed after the task email notification is sent to the participant.
Step 1: Select a Task to Edit
Select an unassigned task by clicking on the Edit Task button
Step 2: Modify the Details
The Edit Task window displays. You can edit any of the details in the Task Edit Window.
Click Save.
